I have a video demo on YouTube making this recipe, if you’d like a visual! However you pour it, I have a feeling it will be the best almond milk you’ve ever tasted. We blended natural vanilla flavor and real California almonds into a deliciously creamy dairy milk and soymilk alternative. Or over gluten-free and nut-free granola and berries. Pour into a cheesecloth (over a bowl) or better yet, a 'nut bag' and squeeze the liquid out of the nut pulp. If you want a little flavor, add 1-2 tbs vanilla or maple syrup or agave nectar. I like to use it in my chocolate, almond and date smoothie recipe. Add the almonds and 4-6 cups of fresh water to a blender and blend for 5 minutes.
